Yale University introduced a fellowship program for leaders of museums, cultural centers, and heritage sites in Africa called the Yale Directors Forum.

The Director of International Programs at Yale IPCH, Charlotte Ashamu, speaks to Tony in this episode about the unique opportunity it offers cultural leaders to collaborate with global experts, receive executive coaching, and enhance their skills in preserving cultural heritage.

The first cohort of this program are 17 fellows from 12 African countries.
